For online Dog Registration

Chapter 3 Section 3-12 of Waukomis Municipal Code requires all dogs over the age of six months to be registred with the Town Clerk.

The clerk with contact you by phone to complete the payment portion of the transaction and instructions on obtaining the tag.

Permit cost $10.00 and is good from January 1 to December 31.
